Heheh sorry guys, when we moved here from eclectical, I kinda forgot to repost the IRC channel stuff ^^'

Incidentally, I'd just remembered about it today... but seems Annie's beaten me to the punch. Anyways, here is the welcome message I wrote on eclectical, if you want to steal it:

It's a chatting channel, we don't leech there. I think Austnet doesn't let people leech or something... I don't know.

Yeah, apparently Austnet has some kinda policy forbidding fserve/xdcc bots and such. But we don't welcome that kinda thing in our channel anyways, it's meant for socialising~

that was mechjserv, which i have retired. getting it to be nice to my firewall is a completely different matter. if i get another comp then thats not a prob... but now im on 128Kbit upload... i think not.
