The subbed version is freaking horrible.  It was on 4chan at one stage but man, it was like they put the script into babelfish and then slapped it on.

Dunno how they're going to do this though.  Dubbed?  Holy shit I'd rather watch a Japanese toilet training program.

A friend got it, I watched it together..Smiley I'm not sure where he got it, but I think I saw it in a store somewhere in City too. Thanks for the welcome. Smiley At the moment I've watched the teeny and not-very-well-subbed version of the movie...it was cool, but a slight letdown, so I'm waiting for the second one to come out so I can collect both. Or I might just get the version with Chinese subs and better quality..heh.

Yeah, i watched it at work.  Work-mate said he bought the DVD in chinatown. Those who want to see it, just pop by retravision world square; we are screening it on one of our LCD screen.  Its not the best adaptation, but its not as bad either.

hey i just notice happyblinker's avatar and the guy on that poster look somewhat similar. cept poster guy looks somewhat strangely evil(ish) and happyblinker looks somewhat, happy (in his own way).

i really have no idea of how to describe it.

lawl,
anyone interested in buying Death Note2 chirashi's (the post card thingies they give out for the movies in .jp)?

I've just sent off an order to import 20 or so to start off. If they turn out popular, i'll get more.

Looking at a price of around $3-4 each (3 different designs). for them.
