the question is how do u make ur dog ( if u do own one ) stop from barking?
there r 2 very effective ways to do it.
there is no violence or anything.. its very simple.
i used to make my dog stop barking by putting a sock over its head, but it gave dog problems... it kept on running into walls
so.. after i have learnt this.. i dont think i need to use my sock anymore
i'll post the answer in 2 dayz
***ANSWERS***
first way is to.. Blow wind into the dog's ear wif ur mouth
why?
its because dog's ear is much more sensitive than its other areas so u give them hell of a shock
if u dont like blowing wind into ur dog's ear well.. 2nd method wud b the best..
get a lemon.. squish it and collect the juice.
put it into a sprayer
and spray it onto ur dog's nose, ( not too close... in a distance i mean)
once the dog notices the strong lemon smell, it wud stop barking completely ( if not.. well.. spray again =) )
these 2 methods does not harm ur dog... unless.. u blow the wind wif like an air gun or like.. stick the spray up the dog's nose
try.. it WORKS.. no need to train ur dog..
i prefer.. the lemon method.. coz when its barking and i take out the same sprayer that i sprayed wif lemon.. it just stops barking
but if it barks again.. well i just spray it

it's ok to try it in a park though.
I can't think of any way to stop a dog barking other than killing/eating it.

LorentzForce, i hope you seriously didnt' feed your dog Chocolate, it causes cardiovascular complications.
As for stopping your dog barking, distract it with something always keep my dog silent for, hmm, 9 years now.

How could you fit a sock over your dogs head?? i cannot imagine even fitting a sock over my lil dog's head... and that also seems rather random.. not the first thing i'd do to stop them barking...
Though, i am curious as to how to stop dogs from barking...
Do you hv to train them?

poor dogs.. will you spray into dogs eyes? u shudnt spray it into the dogs eyes... but thats only if u r not careful... like.. dont spray it at the dog Straight on the head.. spray it from the side.. and aim little bit off the nose.. since it sprays.. same for human and dogs.. spraying lemon into the eyes..? dam.. ouch =_= |

i think you could train a dog like this can't u?
if u keep spraying... everytime your dog barks... they might start connecting barking to lemon scent, then, they'll eventually stop barking...
Ima gonna give it a go with petpet and lily....
once i go home and also buy lemons...
