the first picture references pictures from an Korean Online game, the second is from an cloud tutorial
both pictures finished using both photoshop/painter(i have to switch in between the two all the time cos i'm a lousy painter user)

Awesome colours.
I prefer the 2nd one. The first one seems a bit "flat" to me. Maybe because the edges, especially for the hair, are a tad too clean; as in it looks as if the hair has been copy/pastedon top.
But its very good still
