Nope, I was thinking of the
RasterbatorWhich is designed specifically to make images bigger
for printing on multiple sheets, and more importantly, lets you resize it according to the number of pages you want it to take up.

I have a lot of posters on my wall, but my favourite is poster with domo-kun. I made it using this
software for poster printing.
