It is the spin-off anime series from "Train Man".
Have anyone seen it?

The artwork is a little bit off-tracked from the original design in the "Train Man" official website, but it has a lot of nice action scenes. Not bad at all.

I've got the intro to Densha Otoko as my screensaver at work (among other anime intros I like), but I was under the impression it was a fake anime they created for the series itself?

Edit: I guess I was right.
