It's by Your Mailinglist Provider; I've used them with another site.
It allows people to sign themselves up and can be used by any one with access to our account, which is going to be guarded carefully
, so we are no longer dependent on one or two people.
It also allows us to filter emails or request more information if we want in our forms as well as design our automatic letter for people that are joining.
