Thursdays will be in E7BT2 - That's above Mason theatre on the third floor furthest to the right.

I don't think we'd change the time at this point, but if the petition works we should be able to do more things.

Can you make it to Wednesday 1pm (loans library - I know it's in E5A but I don't know the exact classroom sorry. ^_^;; ) or the Thursday screenings? If you really want to see Mushishi I might be able to get a copy to you.

There is not very much we can do to change our times/locations once they are issued to us, unless someone is brave and/or crazy enough to take on the juggernaut that is the BGO (the Buildings and Grounds administration).

But Yes, we ARE given the times and rooms available to us. I you would an EXTRA Different time, that was what the petition was brought up for.

Well we wouldn't want to risk being kicked out.

This way even if the uni has guest lectures later on in the year etc, we should be guaranteed to keep that room, and we should have the authority to kick other people out if they choose to stay overtime /make nuisances of themselves.

We have had trouble with students coming in and being very disruptive to our screening in the past and we have decided that we will not tolerate this at all this year.

It's disrespectful to our club and our members if we can't enjoy the screening in peace.

I have classes both those days, at both those times.
I guess the loans library is alright. I'm pretty reclusive, so I guess it suits me

Whenever possible please come to screening as well, we generally have alot of proper announcements at screenings, such as having an AGM Meeting this week (Week 2 , 2007 6th March till 9th March).

But if it doesn't suit your Timetable, that's alright, Most of us just try as best to sort 1-2 PM open for screenings and Loans Library ^_^

Whats AGM meeting? O______O??

AGM meeting stands for Annual General Meeting, It is held annually normally during Beginning of Every Semester, This time it is planned for this week ( week 2 , 2007 semester 1) It is where we Sort out most topics for our club before we  all commence full-time load of our studies ( studies during this week should still not be that heavy). The Topics at the AGM meeting will be brought down from Executive Board Meetings to give the General run-down on the clubs progress and condition. ( So if you want to know more about how the club is, come to the screenings and loans library this week)

Just an update on the classroom.

If you attended Tuesday's screening (the one in front of the comp labs) it's the building just across the road (also just across e7b - the one with mason theatre) - we're just on the first floor.

We'll try to have posters up directing the way!
