UPDATE - According to my matrix, The total votes are showing different results to our forum poll with 17 votes in total for Friday 19th of May, making this the most likely date for the official AnimeMQ outing (possibly joint outing with SUanime people). We need at least three more people available on this night so we can qualify for the group screeeing. This is good because it gives us a cheaper price for tickets as well as not requiring prepayment and being the most flexible with exact numbers (as long as there are more than 20). Still Keep posting, voting and emailing me if you are interested, especially if you said you were but didn't say you could come on the friday the 19th. For those who won't go on the day we may still sell the discount vouchers if and only if there are a natural multiple of 10 or more people who wish to buy them. Stay tuned for more updates

EDIT -

If you want/need any more convincing  heres a link to Madman's under construction promotional site for Tales from Earthsea -

It seems I cant read and I have appeard quite the fool these past few days. The current winning date is Friday the 18th of May. We still need a few people to be able to do the cheaper group screening and most other days are not far behind and could still beat Friday 18th to the post, so keep signing up.

I'm up for any non-friday.

My Friday nights are already occupied with Pizza and Games at Sutekh =P

I've added you to the matrix Ranneko but I think it's been qemocratically decided we go on friday. Stay tuned to what suanime does and what might happen with our round of voucher sales.

The date of the screening is now officially the evening session on Friday 18th May. Everyone who said they can make it on the 18th please go to the new transportation discussion thread (http://www.animesydney.org/forum/index.php?topic=4861.0) to discuss how exactly we will get there. Those that couldn't but are still interested in seeing Tales From Earthsea, email me at animemq.requests@gmail.com to organise inclusion in the bulk voucher purchase.
Also Even if you haven't registered interest and still want to go, come along anyway since our booking is open ended above the minimum 20 and we pay on the night. Telling me before hand though would be appreciated and will get you into one of our transport groups.

I've unstickied but left open this thread if we need further discussions

That was the biggest non-party inter-club gathering I've ever seen!  Shocked

Thanks to the execs for keeping everything organised and under control.  A job well done Cool
