It's just you.  Actually, what you do is click on the thumbnail in the album and it takes you to an individual page where you can rate the pic and add a comment  |

Yes, on the old format. I commented pictures multiple times. But i can't seem to find the link to add new comments on the new forum format.

To add a comment to an image you must first visit that image's display page. You can do that by clicking on any image in a gallery, or from the random selection and latest uploads on the bottom of the gallery front page.
At the bottom of the selected image's display page you should see an add comment box. If you don't see this you might want to check to see if you're logged in.

I can see it OK too. Maybe it's just the permissions? Since Bouba is in the exec group, and they have different permissions to the rest of us.

I don't think that's the issue, there are no special permissions groups outside of admin on the gallery.
The only way that he couldn't add comments the normal way is if he wasn't logged in.

By the way plexy, I was trying to upload pics of the Anime@UTS event last night and I note that I can't create albums in that area. Is this a general restriction? Something to do with anti-vandalism?
I created a personal album fine and uploaded the pics there so no major problem...

At the moment it's restricted to administrator creation only, however just PM me for the UTS stuff and I'll organise or create an album for it. (Will be fixing up the gallery tomorrow if you wish).

LOL... I was trying to set permissions on my album so public could see it... I think I broke the gallery - getting database errors  When you've fixed that up, can you please create a "Anime@UTS Karaoke+Eatout April 2007" album for and move the pics into that? Thanks. |
