I just noticed that my seph avatar is gone, and so is some avatars from other people, what happened?

I noticed that the url for your avatar is giving me a 404. Please check your hosting is working correctly.
Are there any other people missing their avatars?

Oh i noticed that With's Avatar doesn't animate anymore, but that could just be her changing it.

No worries.
Recently I increased the limits on avatar size it may have something to do with the server resizing the avatar. The best solution for that is to make sure the avatar is 100 by 100 pixels max and upload it again.
Problem solved. Thread locked.
