The head looks a bit squashed in (and maybe too big as well). A good way to overcome this is to utilise guides. From about in between her right eye and eyebrow, try and draw a circle with diameter from that point to just before her ear. That's usually where the head is, so you need to draw the hair a bit higher to cover the head. A usual full figure in terms of head to body ratio is about 1:6 or 1:7 (keeping in mind the 6 & 7 includes the head).
The neck and shoulders look good, nice detailing (I can't do that

) but the neck looks a tad bit too long.
Same with Bouba, the arms are too long, but you got the style right.
The waist looks too thin, it looks like she's pushing her stomach forward. In that case her right side should look a bit curved outwards. A good idea is to visualise where her ribs are and her hips, and from there, try to estimate where her stomach should be.
Lastly, the top half looks like a frontal shot, but the feet look like a high angle shot (never though HSC english techniques would be useful here). They should be more front view (not so much the right foot, as it is lifted. I'm not that great at the feet myself, but here's something I do to help. I draw a round-bottomed circle to represent the heel and another one to represent the front of the foot. Then you connect them to make the complete foot and then add in the toes (which are hard to make it look nice, but keep trying. I cheat by using covered shoes.) The ankles look too thin as well. I know it may seem and look weird, but look at your own body to try and draw them right! I always look at my hands when I want to draw them!

Other than that, it's cool! I like the details in the clothing, I'm too lazy to do that!
