Look at the curvature of the lines, eg the mouth is concave out, figure out the general errr flow of the body and pose like how the body is tilted forward but her head is pointed straight ahead, compare lines and objects relative to eachother eg how thick is the ribbon in comparison to the hair strands, the size of the head compared to the body etc...
Now more specifically to your drawing first of all I think the lines are way too dark (unless the picture quality has something to do with it) I like blocking out the shape with a 2H then moving on to HB or 2B for defining the lines but go lighter on the pencil to save yourself the effort of redrawing the whole thing everytime something goes wrong. I think i can also see an erased line you've put for the shape of her head which looks waaaaaaaaaay too small people have a bulging large skull underneath all that hair and so do anime characters. My plan of attack would be to roughly and lightly block out the shape of the head first, then the body/shirt, then the skirt - though everyone knows skirts are optional in anime drawing

just take notice of the relative size of things, the head is usually a good reference point eg neck to wast is roughly two head sizes, the neck length is about a third of the head, I would also leave the arms for last - good luck. Oh another technique that helps me is to try and block out the shape first using only long straight lines first and slowly add detail overall, not one part at a time
