Well, I just came back from a solo trip to Brisbane. While I did check this forum while I was over there, I didn't have anything interesting to post that was anime-related.

Also, it would help if more people from AnimeMQ actually participated on the forum instead of just leeching the loans library.

i has none holidays...i dont really hate everyone..swear..it was probably just one of those days where like..the entire building was empty cos everyone else is on holidays...i have 4 weeks holidays a year and i choose when i have them...
which pretty much means christmas and when i need time off to go out into the field 

so here i am...demo daijoubu..everyone comes back in like a week and a bit, ne?

and jwai's right...like 10 people use the forum..everyone else just leeches from loans library  so used and abused!!

erm...i started studying japanese in like march pushka...i'm in my third course at the moment...but its purely a speaking course...i've done 2 levels of speaking and writing but each time i've finished one i've had to change language schools! *dies* so currently i've just got a speaking course...which isn't really as comprehensive as i'd like and i'm waiting untilt the next term starts at either mac community college or sydney uni's continuing education...

i need to get that japanese character generator thing too for my konputa! ~_~

Well, it was heaps warmer, and the bus system is so good over there compared to here. Most of the time, I was catching up with my relos over there, or wandering around the Brisbane CBD (which feels like Parramatta or Hornsby - that's how smallish it is compared to the Sydney CBD).

And since we're mentioning JPN here, the only JPN subjects that I did while I was still at uni were JPN123 and JPN223. Those rock for obvious reasons I got D and HD respectively in those too.

i learned a bit by myself (for like 2 years from CDs / freinds/net etc.) but my class caught up to me in like 3 weeks.. X__X heehe.. so lazy...

if not, get the original CD for installing win xp and put it in.. then go to controll pannel, reigonal / lang settings..
then 2nd tab lang. - tick the bottom box, use eastern asian settings.. then it'll download everything.. wheee ^__^

and i have NJStar if you want it.. you can use it on any comp. and it is the whole languages .. etc. JPN/CHI/KOR - 16MB

Thankyou for making our forum alive again and yes we don't have too much to talk about. I don't know what to say about our forum's second pornography thread (the first lost to the abuse of mod powers).

We do have some club activities coming up which we probably should post about.

but..its not ALL pr0n!!! admittedly...some of its sooooooo BAD! *dies* but a lot of its good too...its just a matter of careful selection

and nay pushka..i'm not going anywhere (dawws)  i don't learn japanese at mac...it doesn't have anything to do with my postgraduate degree and i didn't have the spare credit points when i was doing undergrad...so its all been through external institutions... i'm at la lingua in the city at the moment *remembers homework still to do before this evening's class*

i do however have to go away for 8 days at the end of the week and miss out on ze marathon!!! NOOOOES!!! so much pouting!!

ah yes.. kanji. . *CURSES!!** Japanese is so easy (with the whole sets of stuff and such.. spelling makes sence etc.) but they make it SO COMPLICATED with kanji and counters.. two so pointless things..
