Fresh off the uh... plane

Hey everyone!
Name's Tariray, just recently moved back to (not so sunny yet) Oz after 7 years of living in Europe.

Keeping true to my lame-o-ness, I have yet to break into the general social part of living here (aaaah i love my computer too much, natural sunlight hurts my eyes!).

Nonetheless, i am generally insane (hence my self-imposed house arrest), and also, i have no car (boo, i still need to take my drivers licence test for Australia).

So, now that i have sufficiently ingratiated myself in this most pathetic of manner, i'd love to meet other like-minded (well not exactly insane but it helps) anime fans.

I even hear there is a convention coming up... dare i go by my lonesome?

Anyhoo, uh, i love all kinds of anime, ranging from Shoujo all the way to even the big bad hentai (well, as long as the animationm quality is decent)
I'm an evil Yaoi fan (and im damn proud grr)
and a budding graphic artist (of the non-hentai kind)

so uh, that said, i think that's enough.
Pleased to meet you all and i hope i can make one or two friends here

Either way, if you get bored of the pc, all the clubs have events, so feel free to rock up to stuff.

uh i already graduated Uni last year... I went to an international uiniversity in Leiden, Netherlands (yeah, wheeeere???)

so im like some icky old person by most student's standards 

but sure will join in with the events and such! thanks.
(unfortunately i still have to leanr to drive- yeah yeah, its hard to learn to drive when public transportation is so effective in some countries you know... nowi  have to traipse around with L's, boo)

Yeah, I've got family out in Cherrybrook, a car is a must for there. It's a good idea to finish your L's as soon as you can because they keep making it harder and harder to get a license these days. Then it only becomes more annoying and long.

well, old, im not sure, i mean... i am 22.... which is only old is i compare myself with lets say, younger people in general...
as for icky, its a personal thing i think.

Yeah, im also trying to find a way to somehow get to animania (geez its not like cherrybrook is the ass end of the world, but it sure feels like it), i shall get my loner bum down there to possibly meet some new people.

And if you think you're old, I'm only about 2.5 years younger and far from graduating! Boohoo!

Just come along, make new friends..I'll definitely remember you as some person who actually used 'ingratiating' in this forum, and correctly too.
