hello i was wondering why doesn't any one post up anime sites
i tried to ask for some help by asking some anime sites but i got told off that i'm demanding some piracy craps
which i don't think they are because most of the animes we watch are free fansubs
well i posted up similar thing at uts forum  which was about uploading anime
but this ain't related ( i wasn't trying to spam it)

If you mean sites that do not contain links to downloads, they're fine to be posted, but posting sites that have anime downloads are not allowed.

It doesn't matter if the anime is "free fansubs" because that by itself means nothing. Most of the anime clubs are affiliated / sponsored by the anime distributors in Australia (Madman, Tokyo Night Train) as well as retail stores. As I posted in the UTS forum where you asked about posting download links, what is unlicensed today, may not be tomorrow, and to keep ourselves out of legal trouble, we don't link to anime downloads.

Edit: was in a rush this arvo.. sorry, meant don't link to anime downloads Smiley

talking about licensing
is anime music's and OSTs licensed as well???
cause there is site i know that's mainly for anime music and they only have unlicensed animes
if they know one of their animes are licensed  then they removed them right away
so if the anime musics are NOT licensed or copyrighted then can i inform others about it???

Music is a tricky thing to license, normally there's more than one owner to deal with which is why you normally only get import CDs outside of Japan (if they're legit!).
Good luck finding un-copyrighted anime music, I highly doubt such music exists.

A good rule of thumb is: DO NOT LINK anything related to downloads of any kind.

I suppose that's fine. What site did you have in mind?

what about a site that only contains my own original material, where it contains videos and manga created and owned exclusively by me....

PS: I am not bluffing, I have made my own manga and now still working on the anime of it since first yr of uni....this would be my 5th yr

If you're the Copyright Owner of the material, then it's fine to post it where you want (in the similar manner that someone writing a book, or drawing a picture has the rights to distribute them).
