Yeah, but the art director isn't responsible for emails.... I did it last session because whoever was responsible for it didn't do it.

That's probably because most of the time art sessions and screenings were all that needed e-mails, and we lacked a screening director.
We could have it in one e-mail, but whoever's in charge writes the description for their own event. Then we could have deadlines and everything, like a newspaper! Except we're BETTER!
