rosario + vampire is like fanservice haven, i can't stand plotless boobies trying to sell itself off as something with a story. its like love hina with 500% more boobies and snip all the plot and mish mash it with street fighter.

toradora is funny. i didn't watch first season of clannad so not gonna watch season 2 yet, tho i'm dlding it. gonna finish jigoku shoujo mitsugane first, moryou no hako and nodame season 2. i wonder if anyone have the live action of season 2. if so can i borrow it?

Hayate no Gotoku was only good because of Hayate crossdressing.

And God Rosario + Vampire is soooo bad.  I don't know why I still watch it.

Hayate no Gotoku would probably be good too... but it starts to get stale after a bit imo.

except for episode 39 with the tengen toppa parody Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy - (also... hayate crossdressing hehehehe)

edit: 12:24 in that episode.... hahaha

La Corda D'oro

*face palm*  Although it does feel like the epic tale of Cinderella... The only problem is... NONE OF THE GUYS GET TO BE WITH THE GIRL!? That's stupid!! All 5 of them got major crushes on her!? I'm so annoyed! I watched painfully through that, just to find out that none of the guys get to be with her!

Although... on second thoughts- actually it's a good thing. That damn girl whines SO much... *shudders*

I think the best part of the anime was the art and DEFINITELY the music! ^^

Also finished

Vampire Knight

And Ok, I am still hesitant to read the manga- because 12pages of it really bored me to death and comparing with the manga-ka's previous works (Meru Puri ah!!! Kawaii!). Vampire Knight  was a disappointment for me. But anyway I watched the anime. The anime was all right, it was interesting enough to get me drawn into it. Although I only watched it because of  Kaname-sama *starry eyes* I have to admit, the voice actors of the anime done a great job portraying the characters....

And yes I am currently watching Vampire Knight Guilty- just to see what happens...

Steel Angel Kurumi - Wasn't all that impressed with this show. Very slow, rather boring and has another 'desu' character  -_-;  i gave it a 6 initially, but reflecting back, i'll probably drop it to a 5 or 5.5 soon

Aria the Animation - I liked the OP for this one, very soothing. To me, the episodes all felt really slow and the show is way too nice for its own good. I understand a lot of people liked that, but it didnt do anything for me. The best half ep was the one where Aria goes and pretends to be a super hero Tongue Gave it a 6.5

Kannazuki no Miko - Girlfriend asked me to watch this one. Only when i'd finished it did she tell me she thought it was fair average too....   :|  anyway, the first ep totally made me think it was going to be another maria-sama, but holy shit was i wrong. the shoujo ai felt really forced to me, and the mech wasnt all that great. i laughed right at the end as their hands are clutching at one another and being pulled apart...
I'm not sure what it was, but despite its flaws (where's my flute rape scene!?!?) it didnt seem tooooo bad for reasons i cannot explain. 6.25

Kamisama Kazoku - Nothing really special about this one, just a boy meets girl thing with a twist. OP animation was pretty cool too. Don't rly want to try n explain my feelings bout this one, so i'll just say it got a 6.75

One Piece Movie 3 - More of the same. The same is good though xP Ran out of OP TV episodes for the rest of the month (my poor quota =.=) so watched this movie instead. It was good, but doesnt compare to the end of the sky island arc that im missing out on >_<  Gave it a 7

Slayers - Finally finished this one after a couple months. Was stalled on 20/26 eps for ages. Didnt find it particularly funny, story felt slow, and it just became a chore to watch. Ending obviously gave them a chance to produce more/continue the story, but ugh.... i shall be steering clear of any sequels for a bit, until my sanity comes back to me. 4.5

Simoun - Another one rec'd by the gf. This wasn't too bad actually, was above average imo, but wasnt particularly brilliant. The shoujo ai didnt feel all that forced (im ignoring the method of powering the simoun haha). It started off a tad slow imo, but got better. But seriously, the next time i hear the name Neviril will be too soon [Ne-vi-ri-lu~]. Was an interesting world and was portrayed pretty well (having not read the manga i cant rly compare, but it was decent) - the concept was good with the sex changing and all that, however i would have liked to see more variety in the Ri Maajons... but thats just me
Gave Simoun a 7.5
edit: oh, and a serious flaw with the anime was the lack of male voices. i didnt realise that guragief was male until around episode 22. the lack of real male voices dropped the immersion level for me a lot. i dont care if they all came from being female at some time, the men should sound like men =.=

Inukami - Very funny... very.... very... very... funny xD. For those who think perverted, this is a great series for you. Also did a few parodies of famous animes (Like Nausicaa: The Valley of the Wind and etc). Also... lots of fanservice... OO;... for those who like mansex and those who like femsex lol xDDD. This series also has the most ELEPHANTS you are EVER gonna see in your life (you'll know what i mean)
9.5

Shinkon Gattai Godannar - very well drawn anime and feels very old school. A little tooooooooooo melodramatic for my tastes but it has it's funny moments, and then the boobs of all the female characters make up for it xD.... you'll probabily wonder if they will ever pop out of their shirts cos of the way they move lol. But then, the series is too melodramatic and probabily will get tedious over time
6.0

Macross 7 - Very nice anime, considering when it was made. 50 episodes seeme too slow as each episode at first seemed to repeat itself. It did get better at the end. However, it is very worth it when you watch Macross D7 instead (dynamite 7). That OVA series is very decently done. Overall, slow plot but nice songs but then it gets tedious when you keep hearing the same one over 50 episodes -_____-;;;
7.0

Kaze no Stigma - This is also a very nice anime. The artwork is consistant and the characters are likeable. It is also decently funny and they know when a joke is needed in the series. A lot of upskirt action... for those who love peeking xD. The storyline is nice and decent. Action scenes are also decently made.
8.0

Ah! My Goddess! - Pretty funny series. For those who told me to just watch the OVAs instead of the series, you are missing out big time. The story at the end of the OVAs is pretty different to that of the series. Decent and fairly funny though. Well drawn as well. Only problem is that the series did seem to drag on a lot... it should have probabily finished with the first season. I'm not saying it is bad, but it did take a while to finish the second season too.
7.5

Special A - This is about school students right? Dam it feels like they are in a school for superheroes or something lol. Storyline seemed tedious because each episode seems to repeat each other about the lovey dovey feelings between the main characters... but then the last few episodes did finally give a refreshing finish. The art style seemed weird... felt like i was watching Code Geass characters in a school making tea and studying xD. However, I did get used to the art style and it didn't bother me at all when I progressed through the series xD.
6.0

.hack series - Few words to sum this up: Full of shit. Never in my life have I watched an anime about some online game (which is supposed to be full of fighting) have so much freaking talking!!! Each episode is just "Blah blah blah blah" and when you do finally get to see action, it only lasts for like 5 seconds!!! LIKE WTF??? The only anime I like with talking is anything to do with slice of life, not with anything that is supposed to include action.
0.5 *blam this shizzle*

Galaxy Angel - Yes I watched it... watchu gonna do about it? It was good as each episode was a different short story rather than following a story through the entire series. Each character is pretty lovable and they all have their funny moments. It's a great anime for those who don't have much time to watch an entire series or a half hour episode.
7.0

Final Fantasy Unlimited - Pretty nice and unique style of animation. If you love final fantasy games, u'll love the series. And yes, for those hardcore FF fans, Cid is ALSO in here (he's like everywhere XD). It did have it's moments where the storyline was fairly tedious as well, but then again, there is plenty of action to see xD. Since I'm a massive FF fan:
9.5
But from an unbiased view:
7.0

Clannad - I've just finished watching this... but i haven't started on the After Stories yet... i wanna wait till that entire series is out before i watch it. I hate cliffhangers, that's why.
Clannad is pretty decent as it has it's funny moments in the series. I love the achievements they include in the series too, which made it pretty funny. Animation style is great and the storyline at first felt like I was watching another series exactly like Kanon (i know it's the same company, i meant story wise). However it did eventually change a bit. Overall the story was great and it had it's touching moments.

omg yes!! moogle was definately awesome xD

I was expecting him to have some sort of mini-demon gun lol xDDDD

I hope they do make the continuation of the story into an anime.... i heard they published the continuation in a manga format but i'm not too sure... It might be manga or novel...

on a side note:

Simoun - I should've rated this a while back before. I noticed Schmole rated it so i'll rate it too. Very nice animation, very smooth. The story did drag on and at times did get confusing. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the yuri-ness oozing outta that anime. On downfall is that the ending did get a bit confusing and Neviril did get depressing to watch -____-;;;
8.0 *scored extra points on the yuri... if not, i woulda gave it a 5 lol*

Seto no Hanayome - Wow... this anime... I love it! It has the funny moments... especially between Nagasumi and San-chans Yakuza/mermaid otou-san xDDDD. If you are looking for a great harem anime series, this would be pretty good xDDD... The one and only downfall to it is.... the series is too short T-T... I wants moar!
10

Tsukuyomi Moon Phase - Ok ok... it's got it's funny moments and some moments where it's really majorly wtf-ed. I do admit that it is very well drawn and it did start off excellent in the first few episodes. The last few episodes seemed to drag on and it felt that they were starting to run outta ideas on jokes. The metal bucket/tub thingy joke got excessively overused and started to loose the point of it. The main characters also eventually got annoying. Honestly, it is decent but the last few episodes do start to get tedious. Also, I recommend you not to watch the OVA... it is massively annoying and I have no idea about the plot of it -___-;
4.0

Cowboy Bebop - I know, I know... took me a while until i decided to watch it. What were my thoughts on watching it after all these years? It's absolutely brilliant! Considering the style of the story and it's plot, it's amazing how well designed each location they visit. Also, the storyline isn't too annoying as it does follow the one story about Spike and his past, however it focuses on the bounties he and his crew are working on in each episode, which makes it entertaining for each episode nonetheless... I really don't have any bad aspects I can point out... All I can say is that it is the greatest amongst the classics
10

Eureka 7 - Yep I finally finished watching this. Ok, so here's the lowdown... I absolutely loved it. Animation was great, story was great. Only two letdowns. Firstly, the story seemed to be dragged out way too long, especially when it talks about Renton. Secondly, the ending ABSOLUTELY SUCKED!!! I was like "WHAT THE F*** JUST HAPPENED??? IS THAT IT???". I'm not saying that you might not like the ending, but I particularly hated that ending. If they only had thought of a better way of ending it... it'd be great.
7.5

Excel Saga - Great anime.... absolutely random and perverted! Animation was great too. The randomness of this anime is just too funny. It deserves to get a 10 just for that.
10

Legend of Condor Hero - Ok... it's an anime... I know its cantonese, but it's still an anime. I've been following the first and second season so far. I love the story since it's pretty much exactly the same as the original story (read the book and you'll see). The massive let down to the series is that after the first few episodes, it seemed that they replaced their artists or either their animation program, because the animation just got so crap. However, if you are a massive fan of the book or live drama series *yes the Andy Lau one* like me, then it shouldn't bother you. Also, the series is draging way too long. Apparently season 3 is up to episode 70 or so... and it's still not released for subs yet.
6.5

Code Geass (season 1 and 2) - ALL HAIL BRITANNIA
10

Shakugan no Shana - It's about time I actually finished watching this (both seasons 1 and 2). Needless to say, I did love the first few episodes... but then it started to get annoying. Firstly, the love triangle crap between Yoshida and Shana got extremely annoying... I'm amazed that they could keep doing that for 2 seasons. Secondly... the movie ABSOLUTELY BLOWS!!! It was pretty much the same as watching that first fight in the anime, except with a slightly different ending. It does score points on the Shanatan episodes because I did find some of the jokes funny. Other than that, if I ignored all that love triangle crap in the story, it is really decent.
7.0

Martian Successor Nadesico - This is an absolutely great anime series. Only drawback was the movie that was released. The storyline and animation of the series was pretty good (considering when it was made) and it was decently funny as well. I have to admit, I did watch this in English dubs as well as with the Japanese dubs (yeh I watched it twice... bite me), and u might hate me for this but the English dubs were very decent. They were mostly the same voice actors as the ones from Neon Genesis Evangelion so it didn't bother me. Also, the storyline was great and it did have it's funny moments in the anime. Like I said, the only let down is the movie, which I highly suggest to u not to bother... unless you are curious about it.
8.0

Planetes - I have to say, this is probabily the most futuristic anime that is currently out there of what the future space race may look like. Animation style is brilliant and the storyline is decent too, however it did start off fairly slow and boring. If you are the kind of person that likes anime that may take to a more futuristic reallism, I suggest watching this anime.
