Started watching (4 eps in) 1 Litre of Tears..... I blame you Viv for a recommendation u made1-2 years ago xD ive held up pretty well, cept for when the father's being emotional.... i lose it then >_< (sympathising sucks <___<) tis a nice show  need sleep now =.= |

Just finished Eve no Jikan
its very thought provoking, short too, which helps for those of us with not very much time, i was able to watch it in 1 sitting since its only 6 eps long and around 15 minutes for teh first 5 and 27 for the last ep
im interested in the movie for it now

there's something about it which makes it so charming ~
i havent seen all of it though. Up to episode 4 or 5.
my favorite so far was when the old robot came. It was hilarious but bittersweet

@viv: i am a softie when it comes to those things, but men don't cry. one of the curse that comes with being a man however is that dust seems to love to irritate our eyes  i love eve no jikan, it is a very charming indeed. its very well made. it makes me feel nostalgic and want to pull out my robots and play with them. i love my robots, i love them like as though my kids. if only real life kids can be switched to remote control too. *sigh* where is that button that makes them stop crying? or not run off in various directions? sigh, makes me wonder if i was flipping of walls when i was little too. speaking of which, Summer wars is awesome, funny, cute, cool and absolutely fascinating. |

Umineko no Naku Koro ni: OMG soooo cool. XDD Just what i've been looking for. Murder, mystery and blooood. The opening is awesomely epic. Just wish it was a bit more graphic >__<

higurashi no naku koro ni is made before umineko. i dunno if that counts as prequel since it is a completely different story.
i have never encountered any anime with enough gore to satisfy me. i know it is bad but the cravings for more blood and guts, oh its beyond words. i want a 12mm rifle now. or at least a chance to fire more 9mms. sigh, as soon as i get my own place i am buying a 7mm bolt action mauser sp66 or tac op tango51.
i just realised i sounded like a gun toting maniac.

oh you have a gun license right?  lol episode 8 or something in umineko.. they started censoring/blurring everything wth... i wanted to see what cookies looked like stuffed into someone's stomach XDDDD now it's becoming painful to watch even as a game it seems so contrived im only continuing cause beatrice is hot >___< |

no, my folks hates having weapons around the house. it was difficult enough to convince them to let me keep swords. i will get one once i move out, however i proly will just hire a gun locker at the anzac range for the gun just to be on the safe side since i like high power rifles (mainly 9mms and up). and no i don't have a gun either, i just go shooting from time to time near my friend's place over in armidale when i go visit, they aren't mine. we shoot mainly air rifles or low powered 5mm ones. i hate how they censor the part where Rika's body was supposed to have been left on the donation box in the temple after that crazy woman vivisected her with a pocket knife. and for most parts of the anime, the most gory parts. elfenlied however, the chopped up limbs are too clean to be a gore fest. it is a nice slasher though, lots of limbs being sliced up and thrown around. whats the point of a gore movie if they are censoring the gore parts. i like the big bullet on the left (12.7mm):  |

lol xDDD just wait till eve says something about how you can alternately use them i didnt like elfen lied.. it wasnt even gore to me maybe because the level of detail wasn't there, or there wasn't enough pain it was just like limbs flying and splatter there's the jap movie that i thought was reeeeally good. You might like it. It's called the Audition and it's not complete gore, but it's torture. The kind that makes you squirm and eat your own fist. Always left an impression on me xDD "Kiri kiri kir kiri ~" |
