ugh - had more than enough evangelion in the 26 episodes the series offered =.=
why would people want a live action movie (almost immediate fail) of a mediocre anime (combination = ultimate fail)

i just watched the official teaser... (after so much trolling on youtube), and dam... wth is with the characters???
omg a white boy as Goku??? THAT DOESN'T EVEN SOUND ANYWHERE CLOSE TO A WHITE BOY'S NAME LOL!!!
and bulma is like a ninja girl.... picolo isn't even green T-T.... and chow yun fat is that old man from the series right?
i just wonder what the american producers are thinking... lol i betcha it was like "Since transformers worked so well, let make dragonball z and expect high profits"...
don't get me wrong... i'm still watching it lol...
Apparently it's directed by Steven Chow because he wanted to live out his fantasy of seeing his childhood obsession turn into a live-action. I read this on a Chinese forum. Not sure if it's true or not. lol. But Calisto, be prepared. We'll be having a group outing to see this movie. It's gonna be full of lulz and fail. Want to be the one in charge of this event? =3 |

ok evangelion series did have a lot of pitfalls esp that retarded 2 ep of lets sit around and talk ending. go kill something already! shinji = ultimate emo, go kill yourself already! but overall even though i would agree that its over-rated, it is not a bad anime at all. but live action movie? O_o   gendou is proly one of my fav vilain of all time. simply cos he destroyed the world cos he can. ps. I am one of those rabid eva fans, though i am only a fan of penpen |
