K&E events- Postponed

As much as I would love to continue our traditional K&E events to kick us off for 2009... Due to Karaoke bombings (http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/karaoke-bar-hit-by-firebombs/2008/12/05/1228257317771.html), that have been happening recently this month. I cannot risk the possibility of any of us getting harmed (or maimed in a bloody matter), just because some bunch of retards think it's fantastic to blow up a social joint.

So... Until the whole situation has completely died down, K&E won't be comin' around for a while

The place was bombed for reasons unknown, it was probably just a couple of strangers in the night who couldn't find their way to the next whisky bar and its not unusual for one thing to happen and then never again.

I predict a riot if there's an E without a K! For things like this, we should really just stick to the status quo.

Funny you mention that. I was taking khardic_paladin around to all the toy/video games places yesterday and decided I couldn't be arsed to go to Mongkok. When we were leaving Harbour City in TST, I saw the news report about the acid attack at Sai Yeung Choi Road and Tung Choi Street intersection. Laziness prevailed!
