Need more help?Firstly you'll need to download and IRC application like
mIRC for Windows. You’re not limited to using this, but it’s a good client to start out with. There are also other programs that work on other platforms such as
Colloquy or
X-Chat Aqua for Mac . This guide will just give instructions for mIRC.
Next, you will have to install the application and then run it.
In the mIRC options window fill in your details.
From IRC Network select Rizon and click "Connect to IRC Server".
Once connected, you can enter the channel you wish to join, by either entering it in the mIRC Channels Folder window or in the prompt type "/join #channel" (without the quotes). Channel in this sense is any of the above listed channels. Also you’re not limited to joining only one channel, so do feel free to be on them all like a few of us are.
