AnimeSydney Card Initiative

The AnimeSydney Card is your key to a range of special discounts and offers only available to AnimeSydney members. When you join one of the 5 anime clubs this year (AnimeMQ, AnimeUNSW, Anime@UTS, JAUWS and SUAnime), you should receive an additional AnimeSydney card along with your club membership card. Then go to the AnimeSydney Card section of the website (which isn't up yet) and type in the code on the back of your card to gain access to the Discounts and Offers page to see what benefits you can receive.

So what exactly is the AnimeSydney Card?
Rather than approaching and gaining sponsors as individual clubs, which was a time consuming and laborious process, we’ve wisened up and have decided to unite under a single banner. (Think of it like the Tokugawa era of Japan. Minus the whole Shogun thing. And the closing our borders thing.) Essentially, it means that we can get more special offers and discounts for all our members, which is a good a thing, ya?

Does the AnimeSydney Card cost anything?

Nope. It is totally free. Minus the cost of joining an anime club that is.

How do I get said AnimeSydney Card?

You should receive an AnimeSydney Card upon joining one of the anime clubs in AnimeSydney. If you did not, please contact your respective club executives.

How long does the AnimeSydney Card last for?

The card lasts for as long as your membership to an anime club does, which is one year.

Which card do I use when approaching sponsors? Our club card or AnimeSydney card?

Cry. Cry salty delicious tears...Actually its best to talk to your local club's executives and see if they can supply you with a replacement.

If multiple AnimeSydney cards are used at the same time, how do you determine the chain order for resolution?
