I bought a copy of Left 4 Dead *finally* and to cut a long story short, how can I install it when it won't accept my serial key cos it's not from the Australian Region *I bought the copy from hong kong*?

is there anyway to bypass that? or do i really need to go back to hong kong and do it? zzz

I finally get this epic game and i can't even enter the serial key cos of wrong region... gee steam is so anal lol...

I personally quite like Steam. I've bought PC games where the serial number is just invalid, but buying through Steam avoids any hassle like that.

I guess one of your options could be to change your Steam account's location?

I was gonna try that but like kai said, it's automatically selected so yeh xD... if i knew this was gonna happen, i wouldn't have bought L4D from HK lol xD

ahhhhhhhh L4D is such a brilliant game

i'm still loving it to bits after like 50 hours. still have 5 achievements i havent got too (although i still have like 30,000 zombies to kill before i get the genocide one =.=)
