Actually was a bit of a miss for me... Still, it's definitely worth seeing if you haven't already!

I absolutely hated it overall...
It was funny at times... however it was horribly painful =___=;

Actually was a bit of a miss for me... Felt like none of the characters we're developed enough for people to care about. Still, it's definitely worth seeing if you haven't already!fixed totally agree with the first line there - it was pretty meh... too many characters introduced, and no depth given to them. fight scenes were ok, but too few and far between. *romance* scene was boring and i was laughing too hard at the music in the background.... when it reached the end, i was glad it had finially finished tbh. wouldnt recommend going, even with the $8 hoyts tickets u can get.... nor the $7 greater union ones that were/are on offer (not to say it didnt have good bits here n there - just overall... it sucked)

Well my question to all of you who think it was bad is:
- Did you read the comic?
If not, then what kind of movie were you expecting? Were you expecting it to be an action movie in the vein of a Spider-man or an X-men? Or more of a gritty, graphic movie like Sin City?

I did not read it no. I went into the movie looking for an enjoyable movie, without any preconceptions (i didnt know what it was about when i was sitting in the seats watching the ads before it ) Irrespective of whether the comic itself is good or not, the movie needed more depth of characters to make it a decent, stand-alone experience. (and yes lol, blue wang)

have not read the comic, yet i enjoyed most of it. maybe its cause i enjoy modern history and the films cold war setting....

I haven't read the comic either, but since the movie had sex scenes and penises throughout the movie... I'm afraid to read the comic =.=;;
