Don't you notice that 9/10 of mecha pilots fanservice? Because of this, I came up with somewhat of a formula:
√x (y+x)
------------ + ------------=1 Unit
Fanservice Technology
1 Unit≈1.21 Gigawatts
Basically surrounding complicated technology with fanservice (eg Suzaku's man arse, Rei's curves) enough energy would be produced to pilot giant robots. Wouldn't you agree?
