ok well that was too far, "attempted" to force to cross-dress is more likely. but i can't picture danny being the ninja.

There's Anime at Abbotsford. They might have what you're looking for if you're looking for something a little more popular. Check out their website and email them first, though. You save on shipping costs and plane tickets if they have what you're looking for. Also, the owner is really nice and typically gives you the stuff a few dollars cheaper than the sticker price. At least, he has for me. http://www.anime-oz.com/

Aside from that... Going to Japan is the easiest, just research the manufacturer or go to Animate in Akihabara. As for buying online, http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/ is probably the best for figures, though you do have to pay a bit more for shipping, naturally. Sometimes you can find figures on Ebay, but I wouldn't recommend it unless what you're looking for is really old and out of circulation.

Going to Japan is easiest? *chokes* Airfares? xD Well, I know what you mean, but the way you put it... D:''

Umm, well I've gotten two Nendoroids from Paddy's Markets. There are a few stores (like two) that have nendoroids and they seem ok. The markets are usually open Wed-Fri (and... whenever else, I forget...) but the stalls are only usually open on Thurs and Fri. >_>; (Made that mistake before) Have a trawl through ...

As someone who has bought figures from stores in Australia, imported from overseas, and bought figures in Japan, I can undoubtedly tell you that Japan is definitely the easiest, most convenient option. Unlike stores in Australia, you don't have to trawl through shops and come out not finding what you're looking for 90% of the time, and you don't have to pay an extra twenty bucks to have to shipped safely, as you would have to if you imported it. Sure, you have to pay for the airfare, but I was kinda under the impression that most people here wanted to go to, or make regular trips to Japan. So, it'd become a holiday, rather than an extra long trip to buy stuff. Also, if you time your trip properly, you don't have to pay very much for an airfare at all.. (Last year I paid 500 bucks for a return ticket in mid-November.)

Not to mention, if you're afraid to spend a little extra money... it's probably a good idea not to have figure collecting as an intense hobby.

NOOOoooooooooooo dooooon't. Those nendoroids might be fake. If they are selling for less than 60 dollars they are definitely fake.

Safest is online like amazon/yesasia. Or just wait for a convention.

Thanx, if i add up all the shipping cost i could probably afford a trip to Japan.  Its just that some of the figures i want sell out quickly, meh, im going to order online for now but Im saving money to maybe go to Korea at the end of the year and Im sure they will have as much figurines there as Japan.

http://www.anime-oz.com/main.html is an awsome site btw!  But some items are still over priced Tongue
