i'm not sure if i can go to smash this year. if you are there i'll give maid cafe a visit. otherwise i proly will stay poking random stuff with screw drivers in the lab which is about a few hundred metres up the walkway.

why not? otaku are still people with money. plus Danny got it right, the aim of maid cafe is to cater for otaku. you are going to have a fun day throwing out all sorts of weird people that day.

lol... so true xD... and nearly all maid cafes are pg so yeh... u are not allowed to do anything in most of the cafes so u should be fine, even if u cater to so called 'otakus' that u don't like, lydia lol.. xD

and besides... otakus are a lot nicer people than u think and are also human too... so catering to the queen of england should be the same as catering to an otaku

regarding smash convention, i most likely not get even go to the convention. plus town hall is a bit too dank and dark to enjoy a cafe type atmosphere. in short, no i am not even remotely interested in maid cafe.

the lines are too long for the maid cafe from what i've remembered, stuff probably cost too much in there also xD and going into a maid cafe is already weird enough for me. You're better off asking in the smash forums, the forums here are pretty much dead. Though im pretty sure Eve will get up to something and force someone into something and i might pop over there for a good laugh

this was the only other place i could think of to get ideas of how much the idea is welcomed? or not...i guess...

this year...there cant be any lines..something to do with townhall is squishy ...so maidcafe is running on a time based service....ie you pay for a package - service, food, drinks. in a set amount of time and you come at the time you booked at and leave when the time is up
