Hi minna-sans!!!

How was the first week back at uni? Yes, I bet you guys are all moaning and groaning about going to uni again and how you have one helluva painful subject to do this semester (ugh... physics for me T-T) or whether you are starting a major assignment in just the first week of returning to uni. Whatever your circumstances are at uni, I am bringing you guys a new event which most of you guys have always wanted to do!!!

We’ve all been to laser tag and let’s be honest, we’re getting pretty bored of shooting lasers which never seem to work from time to time and the endless list of rules that make playing laser tag look like a walk in the park. So here at the AnimeUNSW Exec Lair, we have prepared an event to allow members to let loose with some live ammo... PAINTBALL!!! Since we only recently busted out of Maitland Gaol, it’s only natural that AnimeUNSW go shoot up the haters that put us there it the first place *cough*Execs*cough* =D.

The location that we will be going for paintball will be at Appin (slightly south of Campbelltown). This means that we’ll most likely be heading in really early in the morning. Also, AnimeUNSW currently have only 40 tickets available for paintball, but we may be lucky to scrape up some more if miraculously more people turn up:

•   When: 5th of September, 2010 (@ the start of the mid semester break on Sunday)
•   Where: Appin Paintball (Brians Road)

•   Dinner: To be decided closer to the date
•   Meet up: Meet up at the end of Quay Street, City (the street between UTS Library and Market City)
•   What time: 7am SHARP! We need to leave by 7:30am the LATEST!!! If you are not here by that time, don’t expect us to be wait for you anymore!!!
•   Drivers: If you can drive on the day and have a car, please let me know with your RSVP. I will need at least 5 drivers (including me) so please email me if you are willing to offer lifts!
•   How much:
o    Members: $25
o    Non-Members: $30
•   Pay by: Either pay during ART SESSIONS directly to either Danny *me*, Mithril *Screening Director* or Jeremy *Co-events director* (Dates of art session will be announced) or via netbank
•   How much should I bring: you have an option to bring an extra $14 to $42 for more paintballs (we’ll be buying in bulk of $280/2000 which is about $14/100per-person/paintballs for 20 people). For dinner, bring about $15 to $20.
•   RSVP by: 22nd of August 2010!!! Email me or come to me during the Art Sessions that you are going to attend and payments WILL need to be made with your RSVP!!! Be sure to include your names in your RSVP and whether or not you will be attending dinner!!! PLEASE RSVP ON TIME!!! ANY RSVPS AFTER THAT, I WILL ONLY RECONSIDER LETTING YOU IN! THIS IS PAINTBALL SO BOOKING EXACT NUMBERS IS ESSENTIAL FOR ME! Don’t make my life difficult!!!
