Hi everyone~

To welcome you all back for another semester of uni. We're having a screening of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time at the Swamp Bar screening this week! read on for details! Anyone is welcome to come so drag your friends, acquaintances and random strangers along and enjoy the movie!

Swamp Bar movie screening:

When: 12:00-1:30pm Wednesday 8th of August
Where: Swamp Bar, Kingswood campus (near the UWSSA office and K104 lecture hall)
Cost: free!

About the movie: 17-year-old Makoto Konno doesn't do very well in exams, is a bit absent minded and is always running late to school. When Makoto gains the ability to, quite literally, "leap" backwards through time, she immediately sets about improving her grades and preventing personal mishaps. However, she soon realises that changing the past isn't as simple as it seems, and eventually, will have to rely on her new powers to shape the future her and her friends. This movie won the 2006 Mainichi Times Animation Grand Award.

Hope to see you there~!
